Jim's love of guitar started at a young age and his passion and work ethic had him performing publicly by 13. He entered University with scholarships and graduated with a major in classical guitar. Jim went straight on to tour North America extensively as a Lead Guitarist, Band Leader and Show Director. His skills and showmanship landed him in Las Vegas, where he entertained crowds in some of the most beautiful showrooms on the Las Vegas Strip.

 

Over the years he has been honoured to play and record with many incredible artists. With a well rounded knowledge of many music genres, he began teaching at Las Vegas' School of Rock and found yet another passion. Instructing students from 8 to 80 years old, Jim has found incredible value in bringing out the best in fellow musicians. He now instructs privately in addition to performing.
